Models & Mansions: Florida Run is a luxury 3-day content retreat designed for ambitious, creative models who are serious about building their brand, expanding their portfolio, and connecting with a powerful network of other women in the industry.

You’ll stay in a private Miami mansion, work with elite photographers, shoot branded content, and take part in curated group experiences — all while creating non-stop content in the most vibrant city in Florida.

We’re offering two 3-day slots, each with 20 models:

  • Slot 1: December 2–4

  • Slot 2: December 5–7

  • At least 1–2 personal photo shoots per model

  • 3 edited photos per outfit + all RAWs

  • Unlimited outfits

  • Unlimited vertical video clips (perfect for Reels, TikToks, and promo)

  • Pool and beach shoot locations

  • Group Beach Day

  • Morning Yoga Session

  • Group Runway Show

  • Nightly group dinners (not included in price)

  • 5–10 brand collaborations (branded content + potential free merch)

  • Group chat for travel, rooming, and carpool coordination

Every model will leave with:

  • A full gallery of RAW content

  • Edited high-res photos to elevate your portfolio

  • Short-form vertical content ready for IG, Reels, and promo

  • Behind-the-scenes and branded shots for ongoing use

💵 Pricing & Deposit Info

💫 EARLY BIRD PRICING (ends August 18):

  • $599 – Shared Bed

  • Want your own bed? Upgrade pricing available by request

To lock in the early bird rate:

  • A $300 deposit (nonrefundable) is due before August 18

  • Final payment due October 4, 2025

🚨 REGULAR PRICING (after August 18):

  • $799 – Shared Bed

  • $500 deposit (nonrefundable) required

  • Remaining balance still due October 4, 2025

We prioritize shared beds to maximize space and ensure a full 20-model experience per slot. The venue is already listed on the application — if it changes, you’ll be notified right away.
