What This Is?

The Miami Swim Week Model House is a curated, high-energy content and networking experience designed for serious models who want to experience Swim Week the right way — together, structured, and strategically.

This is not just a shared stay.

This is a production-focused house built to maximize:

• Content output
• Networking exposure
• Social visibility
• Efficiency
• Experience

The goal is simple: experience Swim Week as a team instead of navigating it alone.

Location & Environment

The house will be located in:

• Miami Beach, Wynwood, or a nearby safe-access area
• Within reasonable distance of major Swim Week venues
• A private house (not a hotel)
• Pool access is mandatory

Exact address will be provided to confirmed participants only.

Capacity

Limited to 14 selected models.

Sleeping arrangements will be determined based on demand:

• Solo Bed Option – $1,200
• Shared Bed Option – $800

Breakdown of solo vs shared spots will be finalized once applications are reviewed.

Why This Is More Cost Effective?

During Swim Week, pricing surges dramatically.

Typical rates during Swim Week:
• Hotels: $350–$600+ per night
• Airbnb (private): $300–$500+ per night

For 6 nights, that totals approximately:
• $1,800–$3,000+ (before taxes, cleaning fees, transportation, etc.)

The Model House includes:
• Accommodation
• Airport pickup
• Daily group transportation (van provided)
• Professional content creation
• Edited photos
• All RAW files
• Group event access
• Swim Week experience with a team

At a significantly lower overall cost than booking solo.

What You Receive?

Professional Content

• 3–5 edited images per outfit
• All RAW files delivered during or immediately after the retreat

Swim Week Experience

• Selected nightlife events as a group (most likely nightly)

The experience is designed so you do not need to rely on expensive Ubers or navigate events alone.

Brand Opportunities

We will attempt to coordinate brand-related shoots when possible. However:

Brand collaboration is not guaranteed, as brands operate independently during Swim Week.

Models will receive:
• 1–2 complimentary swim suits (when available)
• Gichy robes for use before shows and events

Payment Structure

• 50% deposit required to secure your spot
• Remaining balance due no later than 1.5 months before Swim Week
• Financing available via Afterpay and Klarna through the website

Deposits secure your space and allow production planning.

Structure & Expectations

This is a professional, production-oriented environment.

Participants are expected to:

• Be punctual for shoots and events
• Maintain respectful behavior
• Contribute to collaborative content
• Keep shared areas clean
• Respect other models space and time

No outside guests are allowed unless pre-approved by host.
This is a closed production house environment.
